FJ Happy Day Kit 12x12 scrapbook page

I get very inspired by colors and fun color-schemes. Colors that make me think and makes me happy. Like the colors in Suse's kit for Felicity Jane. I love that lavender blue color and with those soft pinks it really made me want to create.

I had a very clear plan when I started this page, I wanted the colored cardstock as a background with some with paint and the vellum shapes and sequins sewn in a "reef" around the photo.

Starting with such a specific plan scars me a bit, I'm not very good at following directions even if they are me own but it turned out really nice!

Cute Indeed 12x12 Scrapbook using Felicity Jane

Sometimes you just have to sit down and play! The other day I had one of those days and I had so much fun, nor even noticing that the camera died...

I was inspired my some really awesome youtube-ladies; Suse & Adele and I had just had so much fun. I did Adele's heart thing and some tight layers around the photo à la Suse
The hearts are from a scrap paper but the layers, stamps and confetti pocket is from Felicity Jane. I just love that the kits comes with "finishing details". The small things to finish off a page.

I do love my black, it really helps to add contrast and interest to a page. Here I have used some foam thinkers from Amy Tangerine "Grace" , love that they come not just with words but with some cute details like hearts and swirly thingis.

Haul; Felicity Jane, Pyhobby and some *really cute* pens

Over the past weeks I have gotten a few very happy thing that I thought to share with you!

First; I'm so happy to finally get my Felicity Jane kits! I sign up for the international bundle for march/april (still haven't gotten those but hope to get them some time...) and now I got the may and june! Everything is so pretty and of such good quality.
 May kit: "Note to self"

 June kit: "Next stop"

W is guarding the the kits from the paper thief, Majken...
From PYhobby picked up some tape-refills (fun!), black & white washi (my other is almost at an end) and then I found some fun things from "La De Dah" A glue pen, gold stickers and sticky notes.
I really like the colors of these but to call them sticky is a huge lie.
This little book comes with 5 sheets of gol foiled stickers. The gold is really nice, cute design and very usable. Really recommend this one! The "glue pen" (very similr to the smash one) is NOT something I will recommend. The glue isn't good and the pen is not nice or smooth to write with. sorry La De Dah.
One of my favorite washis; the simple black  & white diagonal striped one. I got one roll in, march i think, and I need a new one!

The last of the things I've gotten is five new pens.

I don't really need new pens but these colors where just so cute! The top 2 are just "normal" but the middle two are neon red and pink! The bottom one is a gold ball-point!!!
W also gaurds my lovelly traveler's notebook...

Now I just need a cute pen-case to take all my pens in with me!

9 photo layout, "Where does W sleep?"

I always try to challenge my self, here I wanted to see if I could make a page
with as many photos of sleeping W as possible.

9 3x3 photo and some flower diecuts!
I think the trick to use many photos is to design a grid, where it's easy to see them.

2 layouts inspired by JOT june board

I was so inspired by this months mood board by Jot I just had to make a layout, or two. I love the bright white, with bold black and a hint of green. I started making one page and then just kept going, using many ont the things I already had taking out.
The result, two bright pages with black accent and green details.

On both pages I used the nickel wood grained paper and the Brentano stamps for titles. For the circle element I used black and white enamel dots and the stripes are from my favorit washi.

I love that the Jot mood boards are so fun and different from the "normal" scrapbook style. They always find such interesting and cool color combinations. This board I will most definitely use again!
